This page is a list of useful resources that I have come across.
Force Carbonation Chart -
PDF Whilst this is mainly aimed at force carbonating home brew (adding carbonation to a liquid by pressurising the container it is in with CO2 for long enough that it absorbs into the liquid as bubbles), it also acts as a useful guide for what gas pressure to apply to your kegs based on the temperature of your fridge. If you don't adjust the gas pressure inline with the temperature of the beer, then you'll end up with no head on your beers, flat beers or even a glass full of froth!
